At NoiseA, we want you to experience your audio without any hesitation, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all premium electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process to ensure a quick refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NoiseA account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box to ensure full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the inspected hardware.
